ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
About the role
To serve as the operational support of the Project Center team, driving the successful execution of front-end project requirements and streamlining daily department operations to maximize team efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as the operational support of the Project Center team, driving the successful execution of front-end project requirements and streamlining daily department operations to maximize team efficiency.
- Supports work plans for estimating and project management
- Maintain the integrity of project documentation by ensuring all records are comprehensive, up to date, and securely archived in compliance with department standards.
- Establish effective working relationships and communicate effectively to enable continuous exchange of project status and information with customers, vendors and team members.
- Affiliate with internal and external customers to streamline order entry and proactively resolve complex billing, credit, collection, and claim disputes.
- Facilitate administrative efficiency with daily departmental operations by managing essential administrative workflows, maintaining critical file systems, and generating standard reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Engage in continuous professional development to master advanced competencies, driving both immediate project impact and long-term career acceleration.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Education/Experience/Skills
- Associate’s degree in project management or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, residential construction, building façade or other related fields.
- Ability to read architectural draws and specifications is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
- Possess technical proficiency in to effectively oversee job operations.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft office.

Individuals are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at designated times and in specified environments in accordance with established safety program requirements. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate. While performing job duties, individuals may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts.
