Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of pipeline infrastructure, CCTV inspection, and rehab/replacement projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project flow
- Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time progress
- Aid in managing project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasts
- Review invoices and subcontractor pay applications for accuracy
- Support change order processing and identify potential cost impacts
- Maintain and manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, drawings, change orders)
- Ensure plans/specs are current and properly distributed
- Support contract administration and compliance requirements
- Act as liaison between project teams, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors
- Participate in meetings, document and distribute key updates
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager
- Aid in maintaining project schedules and tracking critical milestones
- Cook up material procurement and delivery timelines
- Support project closeout, including punch lists and final inspections
- Ensure all warranties, manuals, and closeout documentation are complete
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in construction project coordination or management support
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
