Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Construction administrative role
- Familiar with methods, equipment, and tools used in the HVAC service and installation trade
- Must have at least a high school degree, or G.E.D.
- Must have superior communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with mechanical drawings and commercial construction projects
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Experience with industry software such as: ProCore, Bluebeam, Revue, Revit, AutoCad, is a plus
- Able to understand and manage job deadlines
Schedule & Location
This position is based at our HQ in Sterling, VA. This role will also require travel to work sites in the DMV area, which can be up to 30-40% of the role.
