Assistant Project Manager
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map sections accordingly. We should not repeat job title as heading. We should not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: navigation, legal, EEO, etc. So we need to keep substantive info: About Vanir paragraph, Job Description paragraph, Essential Duties & Responsibilities list, Minimum Qualifications list (maybe bullet list), Benefits list, Pay (salary range). Also maybe "Schedule" not present, so omit. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Use
for prose,
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
We need to decide headings: "About Vanir" maybe "About the role"? Actually "About Vanir" is company overview. Could use "About the role"? The rule says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings where appropriate. For company overview maybe "About the role" is not exactly but we can use "About Vanir" as heading? The rule says use those examples but not limited? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those exact headings if content exists. So we need sections: About the role (maybe company overview), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (maybe overlapping?), Skills (maybe computer skills?), Benefits, Pay. But we must not create sections with filler. So we need to see if we have content for each. We have: - About Vanir: company overview. Could map to "About the role". Might be okay. - Job Description: a paragraph describing role. Could be part of "About the role" or separate? Might be better to include under "About the role" as prose. - Essential Duties & Responsibilities: list -> "Responsibilities". - Minimum Qualifications: list of qualifications -> could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". We have both "Minimum Qualifications" and also some skill items like computer skills, etc. Could split: "Requirements" for education/experience, "Skills" for technical skills. - Benefits: list -> "Benefits". - Pay: salary range -> "Pay". - Schedule: not present, omit. Thus we will produce sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. Now we need to extract content. About Vanir paragraph: "Vanir is a proud minority- and woman-owned company, recognized as a national leader in program, project and construction management (PMCM) and real estate development. Since 1964, we have consistently exceeded client expectations. Ranked as a top PMCM firm by Engineering News-Record (ENR) for more than three decades, our award-winning team provides a full range of services to public and private sector clients in the aviation; healthcare; education (K-12 and higher); justice and essential services; science and technology; state and local government; transportation; water and wastewater; energy; and commercial, residential and nonprofit markets." Job Description paragraph: "The Assistant Project Manager assists with providing the planning, coordination, and direction for project management activities to ensure they meet owner needs, specifications, cost, and schedule, from initial project identification through construction closeout. May supervise office/field administrative staff or project/field engineers and other assigned staff." Essential Duties & Responsibilities list items (each bullet). We'll copy them exactly. Minimum Qualifications list items: we need to parse. The text: "Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in technical disciplines such as Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture preferred. 4-year degree required.3+ years of Assistant Project Manager experienceKnowledge and application of construction cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation control, engineering/construction principles, techniques, materials, applications, and practices.Understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, specifications, and contract administration.Strong computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam, Microsoft Office; and experience with project-related Construction Management systems is preferred.Project-management support experience on commercial, industrial or aviation projects.Previous experience working within an active-airport environment is preferred.Working knowledge of design, permitting, construction and closeout processes.Experience maintaining project budgets, schedules and control logs.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously." We need to split into sensible bullet points. Could break at periods. Let's list: - Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in technical disciplines such as Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture preferred. - 4-year degree required. - 3+ years of Assistant Project Manager experience. - Knowledge and application of construction cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation control, engineering/construction principles, techniques, materials, applications, and practices. - Understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, specifications, and contract administration. - Strong computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam, Microsoft Office; and experience with project-related Construction Management systems is preferred. - Project-management support experience on commercial, industrial or aviation projects. - Previous experience working within an active-airport environment is preferred. - Working knowledge of design, permitting, construction and closeout processes. - Experience maintaining project budgets, schedules and control logs. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work autonomously. Now we need to separate into Requirements and Skills. Requirements likely education/experience: Bachelor's degree, 4-year degree required, 3+ years experience, etc. Skills: computer skills, knowledge of construction cost, etc., communication, organizational, ability to work autonomously. But we can also just put all under Requirements or Qualifications. However rule says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But we have both headings examples. Might be okay to have Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (technical/computer/soft skills). Let's do that. Thus: Requirements (
Requirements
) list: education/experience items. Skills (Skills
) list: technical knowledge, computer skills, communication, organizational, autonomy. Now Benefits list: copy benefits. Benefits paragraph: "Vanir offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package that includes 401(k) Savings with employer matching contributions, medical, dental, vision, health savings account (HSA) with employer contributions, life, AD&D and disability benefits, flexible spending account (FSA), voluntary benefits, Teladoc, pet insurance, paid time off, national employee assistance program (EAP) and employee referral program." We need to make list items: each benefit separated by commas. Could split into list items. List: - 401(k) Savings with employer matching contributions - medical - dental - vision - health savings account (HSA) with employer contributions - life - AD&D and disability benefits - flexible spending account (FSA) - voluntary benefits - Teladoc - pet insurance - paid time off - national employee assistance program (EAP) - employee referral program Now Pay: salary range: "Posted Salary Range USD $105,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr." We need to output asmaybe under Pay heading. Thus
Pay
USD $105,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 per year
(preserve exact). Could keep as given. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Thus final HTML:About the role
