About the role
Responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team training.
