Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective coordination, oversight, and management of RSCW-4, RRSC, and PSS subcontractors.
  • Administer janitorial and security services, ensuring all contractual obligations are met professionally and in accordance with all specified contractual terms.
  • Implement USF Total Quality Control Management and Safety Programs across all buildings involved in the project.
  • Establish efficient communication channels and assign tasks to Building Managers who supervise daily operations.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to provide essential documentation for securing and upholding current certifications and licenses for each building as per the RFP.
  • Ensure Building Managers and Maintenance Manager effectively coordinate the implementation of the Total Quality Management Program (TQMP) and Quality Control Program.
  • Develop and execute Facility Operations, Maintenance, and Services (OM&S) plans, policies, and procedures, including short- and long-term plans.
  • Oversee the management of the technical library associated with the project, including comprehensive specifications, architectural drawings, and manufacturer's operating instructions and manuals.
  • Aid in maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Computer-Aided Design (CAD) documentation, and purchasing and inventory systems.
  • Daily management of the One Parkway Building (OPB), ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
  • Relay Project Manager directives to Building Managers and Maintenance Manager, except for employee relations issues handled directly by the Project Manager.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in facility operations or management fields; or a minimum of seven (7) years of practical facility management and operations experience.
  • Strong analytic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of PC Software.
  • A Certificate for OSHA 10-hour General and 8-hour HAZWOPER.
