About the role

Responsible for managing a team of 5 developers. Lead design and development projects from conception to completion. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor others
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning

Skills

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)
