Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
- Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager.
- Maintain change orders, submittal, and document (drawing) control logs.
- Create and issue subcontractor contracts.
- Create and maintain Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
- Ensure project quality control plan is followed.
- Prepare price change orders and project reports and documentation.
- Work with payroll to ensure accurate payroll information.
- Attend company/project meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc., and provide project management support.
- Monitor other contractors' activities and progress.
- Create Job Information Sheets and establish Job Files.
- Prepare and deliver Job Information Sheets and Job Files.
- Keep the Warranty Log up to date.
- Manage and update the Change Order Log.
- Handle contract submittals accurately and on time.

Requirements
- Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
- Tactful and professional demeanor, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Excellence in organization and time management.
- Identify and meet customer expectations and requirements.
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adapting to changing requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $79,600.00 - $119,400.00 annually. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
