Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
  • Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, ensuring compliance with company and project policies.
  • Maintain change orders, submittal, and document control logs.
  • Create and issue subcontractor contracts.
  • Create and maintain Job Information Sheets and establish Job Files.
  • Prepare price change orders and project reports.
  • Work with payroll to ensure accurate payroll information.
  • Monitor other contractors' activities and progress.
  • Attend company/project meetings and provide project management support.
  • Interact with subcontractors to ensure proper documentation and drawings for Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
  • Ensure the Warranty Log is updated.
  • Prepare and deliver Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
  • Ensure project quality control plan is followed.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
  • Tactful and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management.
  • Ability to identify and meet customer expectations and requirements.
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
