About the role
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting the project management team in overseeing various projects. They assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure they are completed within budget and timeline.
Responsibilities
- Supports project managers in planning and executing projects
- Assists in monitoring project progress and reporting status updates
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Manages project documentation and resources
- Ensures adherence to project timelines and budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant project management experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
