Assistant Project Manager

As part of our growth strategy, we are actively seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join us as the Assistant Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Leadership, Management & Accountability of Installation staff
• Installation support and training
• Communication with customers about their project
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
• Quality control
• Review jobs before and after installation with installation team
• Subcontractor follow up
• Post‑install job file audit
• Scheduling remodeling projects & service calls
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a basic capacity
• Data entry and maintenance in CRM

Requirements

• 5 years residential construction and/or remodeling experience
• Reliable transportation to get to and from the office
• Construction Project Management experience, 3‑5 years in Bathroom Remodeling experience
• Able to train and support contractors for bathroom remodel installs
