- Quality, Safety & Project Closeout
- Support quality assurance efforts by tracking submittals, inspections, project changes, and field activities to help ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
- Promote a safe work environment by reinforcing company and OSHA safety standards and partnering with field teams to address concerns proactively.
- Assist with project closeout activities including punch lists, O&M manuals, warranty documentation, and final project turnover to owners and stakeholders.
You’re ready for this role if you have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience supporting or managing commercial construction projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with project administration processes, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, document control, and project closeout activities.
- Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance practices.
