Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Execution
- Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and installation timelines.
- Aid in project planning, task management, and workflow coordination.
- Identify potential project risks, delays, or conflicts and communicate solutions proactively.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Facilitate timely responses to project questions, approvals, and decisions.
- Cook up material procurement, fabrication schedules, and installation logistics.
- Maintain professional relationships with project stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Prepare project estimates, take-offs, budgets, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Aid in cost tracking and budget management throughout project lifecycles.
- Generate reports and documentation to support project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic project files and records.
- Cook up fabrication and installation schedules with vendors and field personnel.
- Support site surveys, field verification, and project closeout activities as needed.
- Review project documentation, drawings, specifications, and scope requirements.
- Help ensure project deliverables align with design intent and client expectations.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting notes, and project-related documentation.
- Track project performance metrics and milestone completion.
- Aid in data analysis and reporting to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
- Support company initiatives, procedures, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Architecture, Graphic Communications, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in project coordination, project management, signage, construction, architecture, manufacturing, or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Comfortable working with deadlines and changing project requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, Bluebeam, or project management software is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications preferred.
- Familiarity with architectural, construction, or signage industry terminology is beneficial.
