Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with the interior design team to develop design solutions
• Research concepts and materials to support the design team on technical issues influencing concept development
• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion
• Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects
• Prepare and participate in client presentations
• Select fabric, furniture, materials, décor, and finishes while keeping within budget
• Plan, design, and furnish interiors of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings
• Coordinate with clients to understand design intent and scope of work
• Formulate designs that are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes such as raising productivity or improving lifestyle
• Manage the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule
• Create layout plans, furniture detailing, reflected ceiling plans, electrical plans, elevations, and sections

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Interior Design (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 2–8 years of experience in Interior Designing
• Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp (+ V-Ray rendering), Photoshop, Enscape, and 3ds Max
• Strong knowledge of architecture works, design methodologies, plumbing, electrical, and false ceiling
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality
• Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio
• Highly proficient in all aspects of interior design and working drawings
• Professional approach to managing time, costs, and deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Pay

₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule

Day shift, Full-time
