Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant construction or project support experience (internship/co-op work considered).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with construction/project software and Microsoft Office.

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

• OSHA safety training/certification.
• Previous experience with project controls (RFIs, submittals, change orders).

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
