- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in the transportation/ heavy industrial construction sectors.
- Previous experience working in a high safety environment.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
