Key Responsibilities:
- Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout on heavy civil projects
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Track quantities, production, and costs to ensure alignment with project budgets and schedules
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, including scope, performance, and cost tracking
- Participate in project meetings with owners, engineers, and internal stakeholders
- Aid with scheduling, procurement, and project controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction or related infrastructure projects
- Experience working on DOT, transportation, utilities, water, mining, or site development projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, and field operations
- Experience with design-build projects is preferred
