Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in overseeing custom home and luxury residential projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients to keep projects on track
• Attend and contribute to OAC meetings, providing updates and ensuring alignment
• Help track project budgets, progress reports, and documentation
• Ensure quality and detail meet the elevated standards of custom residential construction
• Gain exposure to projects in the commercial, industrial, healthcare, and other sectors, offering career growth beyond residential

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management, with experience in luxury, high-end, or custom home construction highly valued
• 2+ years of recent General Contracting experience required
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with PMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors
• Driven to grow into a Project Manager role

Pay

$83,000 – $90,000 per year
