In this role, you will work with internal team members to keep projects well organized, drive consistency and accountability to our teams and helps ensure adherence to budget and schedule and ultimately, a successful and profitable project, and a happy client. Essential Duties Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support project execution, maintain clear communication with clients, resolve issues, assess risks, and navigate strategic and operational challengesCoordinate and facilitate project kickoff meetings, ensuring progress is tracked and maintained throughout the project lifecycleTake ownership of meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items to keep teams aligned and accountableServe as a key point of contact for project-related inquiries, organizing and preparing discussions with the project leadManage and consolidate progress documentation, ensuring alignment with project timelines and assisting in strategic planning with the project leadSupport construction administration by coordinating submittals such as shop drawings, RFIs, and other documentationDemonstrate adaptability and a proactive mindset; ready to pivot when needed and always willing to step up to support the team and project successWe’ve listed a compensation range that reflects our expectations for this role, including both direct and indirect components.
