Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support with project design and coordination with architect and consultants on entitlements, plan check and permit issuance.
- Seek out potential real estate investments to determine feasibility as well as conduct due diligence.
- Assist with and prepare financial and narrative reports, grant applications, bid documents, Request for Proposals, and operation procedures and guidelines.
- Implement Supplier Diversity program initiatives with an emphasis on small business, minority owned and women owned enterprises.
- Conduct site visits.
Competencies And Qualifications
- Possession of a High School Diploma or possession of a certificate of equivalent (GED).
- Two years of experience in real estate development, finance, grant writing, budget management, financial analysis, commercial lending, urban planning, municipal engineering, construction, or general administrative experience.
- Possession and maintenance of a valid California Driver’s License.
