Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist the Project Manager with project set-up, execution, close-out, financial management, and relationship management.

• Ensure that proper tools and processes are in place prior to the beginning of a project.
• Manage the construction administration process from pre-construction through close-out.
• Collaborate and work with clients, owners, subcontractors, and First Finish staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management and/or related industry experience a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in construction management with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience in buy-out process alongside RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
• Experience with Procore, CMiC, MS Office Suites, or other project management software a plus.
• Ability to navigate blueprints.
• Field and/or procurement experience is a plus.
• Must have the flexibility for required business travel.

Pay

Florida Base Salary Range: $65,000–$80,000. Placement within the listed range depends on factors including years of experience, project size capability, and internal company equity.
