Responsibilities
- Aid the Project Manager in creating project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain oversight of project progress and address emerging issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize resource allocation.
- Create and update project documentation such as contracts, change orders, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Safeguard compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations during electrical installations.
- Act as a liaison between clients, addressing their concerns and updating them on project statuses.
- Track project expenses and collaborate with the team to manage budgets effectively.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate project disruptions.
- Foster a collaborative environment among project teams and resolve issues impacting project outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the electrical field.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to occasionally travel to project sites.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in electrical work.
