About the role
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting project execution and ensuring all projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Supports project managers in planning and executing projects
- Monitors project progress and reports status to stakeholders
- Ensures adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
