Assistant Project Manager
About the role
Seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the access control and security team. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day operations of the installation department, delivering necessary materials, running permits, and ensuring proper supervision and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Delivering necessary materials to and from job sites.
- Running permits as needed.
- Aiding Project Managers in additional functions or requests related to the New Construction Department.
- Determining and scheduling necessary tasks for equipment, wire, and materials.
- Confirming availability of devices, wire, and materials in the warehouse or from manufacturers and distributors.
- Affirming that equipment and materials are properly supervised and documented before leaving the staging area or warehouse.
- Aiding Project Managers in daily communications with field personnel, customers, and other DynaFire employees.
- Assisting with inventory control.
- Might be required to deliver or pick up equipment at job sites and local distributors.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience of 1-3 years as a Project Management Assistant.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computers and software.
- FASA/BASA certification within the first 12 months of employment.
Qualifications
- Full compliance with DynaFire policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by DynaFire.
- Compliance with company and client safety programs and policies.
- Collection of job documentation to return to Engineering.
