About the Role
Seeking an Assistant Project Manager who will assist in the day-to-day operations of the installation department. This role ensures adherence to the highest quality standards set by DynaFire, Inc., while maintaining a professional and safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver close-out documents, permits, drawings, as-builts, zone maps, 100% test letters, and any other requested documentation to clients, job sites, or Fire Marshalls.
- Deliver necessary materials to and from job sites.
- Run permits as needed.
- Assist Project Managers with additional functions or requests related to the New Construction Department.
- Work with project managers to schedule equipment, wire, and materials for projects.
- Confirm availability of devices, wire, and materials in the warehouse or scheduled for delivery from manufacturers and distributors by coordinating with the purchasing department.
- Ensure no equipment or materials leave the staging area or warehouse without proper supervision and documentation.
- Assist the Project Manager in daily communications (written and verbal) with field personnel, customers, and other DynaFire employees.
- Assist with inventory control.
- Deliver equipment to job sites as required.
- Pick up equipment from job sites and local distributors as required.
- Maintain full compliance with DynaFire policies, procedures, and safety programs.
- Collect job documentation to return to Engineering.
- Other duties as assigned by DynaFire.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience as a Project Management Assistant.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computers and software is required.
- FASA/BASA certification within the first 12 months of employment.
