We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have description about company and perks. We need to use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EOE etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro about CBS: description, perks & benefits, etc. Could be "About the role" maybe includes company description and perks? Usually "About the role" includes overview of position and company. We'll put company description and perks there.
- Responsibilities: list of duties (Essential Duties & Responsibilities). We'll put

Content:
- Intro about CBS: description, perks & benefits, etc. Could be "About the role" maybe includes company description and perks? Usually "About the role" includes overview of position and company. We'll put company description and perks there.
- Responsibilities: list of duties (Essential Duties & Responsibilities). We'll put - each duty.
- Requirements: maybe "Minimum qualifications" etc. Could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The posting has "Assistant Project Manager shall possess the following minimum qualifications". That's qualifications. Also there are skills like ability to plan, etc. We'll separate: Requirements (maybe minimum experience), Qualifications (education, certifications), Skills (technical abilities). But we need to decide based on content.
We have:
Minimum qualifications:
- Not less than three (3) years of previous experience within the last five (5) years serving in the role of Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager, at a facility of comparable size, comparable function, with similar infrastructure including (list of 7 systems).
- Demonstrated experience providing facility management and operation and maintenance management is required.
- Previous experience managing federal or state office buildings is desirable.
- Completion of post-secondary school training in facilities management and supervision, at minimum possess an associate degree in a field related to facility management and operation and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and meet project deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize work as required
- Demonstrated working technical expertise in engineering and building infrastructure systems

- Demonstrated ability and experience managing and coordinating emergency events involving a multitude of parties including tenants, law enforcement and other officials, and several agencies and organizations
- Previous experience as Chief Engineer is desirable, but not a requirement
- Demonstrated experience managing building reconstitution efforts after building closure due to damage or an emergency event
Also there is "Salary $80,000 to $104,000" and "Hours 700 am to 330 pm M-F Contingent upon contract award*". Note: "700 am" likely 7:00 am, "330 pm" 3:30 pm.
We need Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. Yes we have salary and hours. So include Pay and Schedule sections.
Benefits: we have perks & benefits described earlier: "We offer a full slate of benefits, including competitive salaries, medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverages, FSA, flexible vacation, commuter benefits, and a 401k plan with a match. And...we offer some not-so-standard, extra great benefits, including tuition reimbursement for education/certifications, employee discounts programs (including hotels and our vendor's products), and an Employee Assistance Program that offers free financial consultants, therapists, and lawyers." Also mention diversity etc. So we can include Benefits section.
We also have "Come join us, and find out what the best work of your career could look like for you." That's fluff; maybe part of About the role.
We need to avoid boilerplate like EOE etc. Remove that line.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading "Assistant Project Manager". Good.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll structure:
About the role
... company description and perks ...
Responsibilities
- ... each duty ...
Requirements
Maybe we put minimum experience and desirable experience? Could be "Requirements". But we also have Qualifications (education). Let's decide: Use Requirements for experience requirements, Qualifications for education and certifications, Skills for technical abilities. However we have many overlapping. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills only if needed. But we have distinct categories: experience, education, skills. Could make three sections: Requirements (experience), Qualifications (education), Skills (technical & soft skills). That seems reasonable.
We must ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content.
Let's extract:
About the role: include company description: "Complete Building Services (CBS) is a company that is passionate about the operation and maintenance of buildings/facilities in the commercial and government sectors. CBS is the largest division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc. - Washington DC's most established real estate company. At CBS, we celebrate and empower our talented employees - and it shows as we have been ranked by the Washington Business Journal as the Best Place to Work multiple times. Perks & Benefits We offer a full slate of benefits, including competitive salaries, medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverages, FSA, flexible vacation, commuter benefits, and a 401k plan with a match. And...we offer some not-so-standard, extra great benefits, including tuition reimbursement for education/certifications, employee discounts programs (including hotels and our vendor's products), and an Employee Assistance Program that offers free financial consultants, therapists, and lawyers. We value diversity and believe in forming teams in which everyone can be their authentic self is the key to our success. Come join us, and find out what the best work of your career could look like for you."
We could split benefits into Benefits section, but we already have benefits description there. Better to put benefits in its own section. So About the role could be just company overview, not benefits. Then Benefits section separate.
Thus:
About the role: company description only (first two sentences maybe plus ranking). Let's capture: "Complete Building Services (CBS) is a company that is passionate about the operation and maintenance of buildings/facilities in the commercial and government sectors. CBS is the largest division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc. - Washington DC's most established real estate company. At CBS, we celebrate and empower our talented employees - and it shows as we have been ranked by the Washington Business Journal as the Best Place to Work multiple times."
Then Benefits section: list of benefits.
Responsibilities: list of duties.
Requirements: maybe experience requirements (3 years etc). Could include "Previous experience managing federal or state office buildings is desirable". We'll include that.
Qualifications: education (associate degree) and maybe post-secondary training.
Skills: technical abilities (plan/organize, technical expertise, blueprints, software proficiency, emergency contact, flexible hours, written correspondence, communication, emergency event management, Chief Engineer desirable, building reconstitution). Also maybe "Demonstrated ability to work on several projects simultaneously..." etc.
We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's list all items and assign.
From minimum qualifications bullet list:

- Demonstrated ability to provide error-free written correspondence (e.g. progress and status reports, notifications, memoranda, executive summaries) in an on-time manner -> Skill.
