Assistant Project Manager
DevCo US Construction is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Project Manager to join our collaborative team in Bellevue, WA. This role is mostly in-office with one day of remote work per week. The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, design, and construction of low-income housing tax credit multifamily projects, working closely with internal and external partners including development, procurement, legal, accounting, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. This position supports project execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to DevCo’s quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist with managing, supervising, coordinating, and monitoring the planning, design, and construction of new ground-up multifamily projects using project management best practices.
- Support Project Managers with generating and managing project documents, including RFBs, bid comparisons, budget reviews, RFIs, submittals, construction agreements, scope modifications, change orders, invoicing, and closeout.
- Assist in developing and managing project scope, schedule, and budget from inception through construction, with regular reporting using department technology and visual management tools.
- Coordinate with design consultants, jurisdictions, utilities, procurement, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Project Managers and teams to balance regional project loads.
- Assist in scheduling and participating in project site walks, punch list activities, turnover, and closeout.
- Attend assigned training classes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of comprehensive construction administrative/management experience in the construction industry.
- Multifamily, financial, and commercial construction experience preferred.
- PMP Certification or other industry-related certifications a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software (MS Project or equivalent), and SharePoint; Bluebeam experience highly preferred.
- Experience with Procore, Yardi, and other construction-related software is a plus.
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English sufficiently to perform duties.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.
- Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.

Pay
$90,000 to $110,000 annual salary plus a performance bonus target of 10%.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (mostly in-office with one day of remote work per week).
