Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects within the commercial and healthcare sectors.
- Cook with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics, including budget adherence and schedule compliance.
- Aid in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Help resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management or construction roles, preferably in a healthcare, laboratory, or education construction setting.
- Familiarity with general contracting practices and procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
