Summary
Aid in project management by implementing project goals and addressing identified issues promptly.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Develop scope requirements for project proposals
- Understand and manage project scope requirements in relation to vendor contracts
- Manage documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Administer Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Support project managers with schedules and budgets
- Interface and coordinate with vendors
- Take on client-facing responsibilities and manage small projects independently
- Document meeting minutes
- Support senior managers and team members in tracking and reporting on critical deliverables and identifying potential issues
- Manage relocation processes for clients
- Contribute to the team as a valued member
Education/Experience
- At least 1-3 years in architecture, engineering, or construction, or equivalent experience in a Project Coordinator role
- Ability to prepare and track capital budgets
- Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-centric, and results-driven
- In-depth knowledge of commercial design and construction processes
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Effective in working independently and in teams, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Continuous learner with a willingness to seek out development opportunities, take on stretch assignments, and tackle new challenges
- Proficiency in developing budgets and schedules
- Experience with Smartsheets and MS Project project management platforms
