Position Summary
This is a mid-level management position that offers individuals with some experience in construction the opportunity to further develop their professional skills. The ideal candidate for this position is motivated, organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and can manage significant portions of a construction project.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years in construction management required.
- Background: experience at a general contractor preferred.
- Experience with multi-family and institutional building preferred.
- Education: minimum 4-year degree required. A Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree is preferred.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Project, Excel, and Outlook required. Experience with BIM, OPC, and/or Procore a plus.

- Repetitively use hand motions for keyboard use and physical use of vision to read computer monitors and paper documents.
- Sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time working on a computer.
- See with close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and have the ability to adjust focus.
- Regularly use hands to operate standard office equipment (personal computer, phone, printer, etc.).
- Speak and hear at normal levels.

- Employment – This is a full-time position located in downtown San Francisco or Oakland. This role is primarily on-site at the project jobsite. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an annual discretionary performance-based bonus.

Pay
The base yearly/hourly salary for this exempt/non-exempt role is targeted between $105,000 - $135,000.
