Responsibilities
- Prepare drawings, sketches, change orders, estimates, and RFIs to facilitate project progression.
- Aid in generating project status reports, participating in meetings, and managing documentation for timely project closeout.
- Communicate with owners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
- Support and enforce safety program policies and procedures.
- Foster open communication and collaborate with project team members and supporting offices to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or a two-year degree in a related field with field experience.
- Proficient in computer applications and familiar with project management software.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt under time pressure.
- Understanding of civil, architectural, mechanical, and general construction principles.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction or a construction-related field.
