About the role
The Glen at Heather Farm is a new senior living community campus in Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County. The development includes over three hundred and fifty units of housing across several structures at 850 Seven Hills Ranch Road. Spieker senior Development Partners is the project developer.
Responsibilities
- Experience with multifamily projects
- Salary range: $150,000 - $190,000 per year, potentially higher for good multifamily experience
- Receive a gas card

This is a Permanent position based out of Campbell, CA. The workplace type is fully onsite.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $140,000.00/yr. Benefits include:
