About the role
This isn’t just an entry-level role — and it’s not quite a full supervisory position either. It’s a hands-on internship designed for future Clinical Leaders.
Responsibilities
- Direct Client Support
- Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies
- Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders
- Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills
- Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings
- Early Clinical Leadership Exposure
- Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, supported by senior clinicians
- Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching opportunities
- Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity
- Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders
- Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of your learning experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines, or a closely related field: Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy (Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy)
- One of the following experience pathways:
- 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services
- 1+ year of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services and 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements of the role
- Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
- Comfort working with diverse populations
