About the role

Crossroads Treatment Centers provides evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, recognized as the gold standard in care. This outpatient, office-based role supports clinic operations across multiple locations in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

  • Create and foster an environment that supports Crossroads’ mission and culture
  • Support and reinforce Crossroads policies and procedures
  • Assist the Program Supervisor in achieving key performance indicators: Census, Attrition, EBITDA, and NPS
  • Proactively partner with the Program Supervisor and Human Capital Business Partner on employee relations matters
  • Partner with the Program Supervisor in conducting interviews for open positions
  • Assist with onboarding and acclimation of new team members, including review of job descriptions, associate handbook, and new hire policies
  • Monitor team performance and compliance, and assist with staff training
  • Create schedules and approve timecards for teammates at assigned centers
  • Perform front office responsibilities, including check-in/check-out, vitals, and urine toxicology
  • Ensure labs are completed in a timely manner and sent to the appropriate lab
  • Reconcile payments and transport deposits to the bank
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient concerns and escalate issues to the Program Supervisor
  • Maintain patient insurance information and facilitate conversations regarding insurance concerns
  • Order and maintain all supplies for assigned center(s)
  • Communicate necessary changes with the team and ensure timely implementation
  • Complete and facilitate performance evaluations with the assistance of the Program Supervisor
  • Evaluate staffing needs and escalate to the Program Supervisor as needed
  • Be available and onsite during center operating hours
  • Assist support departments as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in an Office-Based Opioid Treatment program and supervisory experience
  • Experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health conditions
  • Must meet state-defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements
  • Willingness to travel to multiple center locations (Butler, Beaver, New Castle, Grove City, Natrona Heights) for coverage

Schedule

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with start and end times varying based on clinic needs. The schedule below reflects current patient hours at the Natrona Heights clinic (subject to change based on provider availability and business needs):

  • Monday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Mileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with the current IRS rate.
