Assistant Program Manager
Duties
Support Program Managers with project planning, development, engineering, construction, technical support, bidding strategy, scheduling, budgeting, funding allocation, grants management, work prioritization, and closeout.
Develop project scope, schedule, and budget to align with stakeholder goals.
Avoidance of cost overruns through value engineering and implementation of program improvements, including reporting and process enhancements.
Recommend solutions for complex issues and updates to construction specifications.
Help manage change orders and assist with contract reviews.
Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience managing and administering program projects, including scope development, planning, design, budgeting, funding, and close-out.
- Public agency program management experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university, ideally in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Pay
Compensation Range: $83,978.91 - $95,975.90
