Assistant Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for contract personnel
• Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple security disciplines specific to Personnel Security
• Ensure that suspense requirements are met, and that products and support services are in accordance with contractual requirements
• Interface effectively with customers and deliver quality products
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and administer work assignments set forth in delivery orders, and ensure that all reports are prepared and submitted as required
• Review, evaluate, and adjudicate reports of investigation, personnel files, and other records to determine whether to grant, deny, revoke, suspend, or restrict security clearances consistent with fitness issues

Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience specializing in Personnel Security, with adjudications experience preferred
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a lead or supervisory role managing government contracting staff
• Written and oral communications skills commensurate with a supervisor
• Customer-oriented and results-driven
