Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership, staff guidance, and administrative support.
- Ensure high-quality, person-centered services are provided.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and effective team coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in IDD services, preferably in a residential setting.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in IDD services, preferably in a residential setting.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of funding agency regulations/requirements preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have demonstrated computer literacy.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide on-call support.
- Must have satisfactory background checks, may be required to be a signer on financial accounts.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
