Assistant Program Director (West 140th)
About the role
The Assistant Program Director will work with the Program Director to ensure the quality and integrity of the program. They will be responsible for integrating services, staff supervision, and assuming leadership of West 140th in the absence of the Program Director.

Requirements
Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.
Qualifications
The Assistant Program Director must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or chemical addictions is preferred.
Skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with case management software is preferred.
Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-$75,000, health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off.

Schedule
The Assistant Program Director works Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
