Responsibilities
- Affiliate with the management and clinical oversight of the Children’s Congregate Care program.
- Afford support to the delivery of short-term, long-term, and emergency services that align with best practices.
- Assist in the management of daily program operations to ensure high-quality, client-centered services.
- Oversee intake, assessment, and treatment services for all clients.
- Maintain a positive, engaged team environment aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
- Support hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff, interns, and volunteers.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and support the overall quality of clinical care.
- Act as a liaison between the program and external agencies, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Participate in the Quality Management Team to strengthen internal and external collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and program data required by funding sources.
- Afford assistance in monitoring program budgets, census, and expenses.
- Afford oversight of the safety and maintenance of program facilities and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in behavioral health or human services.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C or D).
