About the Role

The Assistant Program Manager supports the management and operation of programs by maintaining professional relationships with clients, ensuring confidentiality, and adhering to all relevant security and privacy policies. This role involves collaboration with peers, staff supervision, and program improvement through data analysis and quality assurance measures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure client confidentiality.
• Practice Universal Precautions, Standard Protocol, and Procedures.
• Comply with Federal, State, City, and CAMBA security and privacy policies to protect individually identifiable health information.
• Communicate with peers in other CAMBA programs regarding client progress.
• Understand and communicate all aspects of contract requirements to staff.
• Work with staff to set realistic weekly and monthly performance targets in line with contract requirements.
• Observe direct reporting staff engaging with clients and/or supervisory staff.
• Conduct weekly client progress reviews with staff.
• Perform periodic internal file reviews and implement Quality Assurance measures to ensure quality service delivery.
• Prepare reports and statistical information for CAMBA management and funders.
• Assist in analyzing program and demographic data to drive programmatic improvements.
• Organize onsite and offsite training opportunities for staff professional development.
• Provide oversight for all aspects of the program in the Program Manager’s absence.
• Confer with the Program Manager or other CAMBA management staff on programmatic and personnel issues.
• Attend staff, funder, and outside agency meetings as requested.
• Review and sign timesheets.
• May prepare performance appraisals for direct reporting staff.
• May develop marketing materials and outreach strategies for the program.
• May network within and outside CAMBA to expand client recruitment and opportunities for client success.
• May have direct client service or program responsibilities in addition to the above.
• Tasks may be modified, expanded, or assigned over time.
