Assistant Professor Term - Rheumatology
About the role
The Division of Rheumatology within the Department of Medicine is seeking an Assistant Professor Term. This position will provide care in both an inpatient and outpatient setting with clinical partners through the UofL Health System and the VA. Your role as a rheumatologist will be to engage in all three missions of academic medicine - teaching, research, and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Train rheumatology fellows, residents, and medical students
- Engage rheumatology fellows in clinical trial research
Requirements
- Board-certified or board eligible in rheumatology
- Hold a valid Kentucky medical license
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Rheumatology
- Experience in academic medicine
