About the role
The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track position in our Sciences and Medical Studies Pathway beginning August 15th, 2026. The position requires a specialization in biomedical sciences with experience, success, and interest in offering a variety of introductory courses. The teaching load is 32 credit hours per academic year spread between the fall, spring, and summer semesters. Other responsibilities include continuing professional development and a commitment to collaboration and service within the Division, across the University and in the community.

Requirements
- A master’s degree in an area of biology is required
- A terminal degree is preferred for this position
- Ability to advance the Catholic and Franciscan Mission of the University
