We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse posting details. Job Title: Assistant Professor - Regular Title Series (but we should not repeat job title as heading). We'll not include heading for job title. We need sections: maybe "About the role" (job summary), "Responsibilities" (duties), "Requirements" (education, experience, license), "Qualifications" maybe overlapping, "Skills" (skills/knowledge/abilities), "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". We need to include only if content present. Let's extract content. Job Summary: The Department ... invites applications for 12-month tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level, with an anticipated Fall 2027 start date. We seek who can help grow our translational program and align with the COP’s P20 Center of Biomedical Research Excellence for Translational Chemical Biology . This would include, but is not limited to: innovative approaches to chemical biology and/or medicinal/natural products chemistry in translational drug discovery and development; pharmaceutics, pharmacology, targeted drug delivery and/or PKPD in the drug development process; or pharmacogenomics and/or novel tools to improve personalized diagnostics and therapeutics. Special consideration will be given to candidates whose research interests complement the existing and emerging research at the College (including substance use disorders, infectious disease, cancer, neurological disorders, metabolic syndrome, and immune modulation of disease). Motivated applicants with research expertise related to other health problems are also encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a PharmD, PhD, MD, PharmD/PhD, MD/PhD, or an equivalent advanced degree in pharmaceutical sciences or a related discipline. Candidates must also provide evidence for outstanding scholarship, research productivity, and their commitment to excellence in research, teaching, and service. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain an extramurally funded, nationally recognized, collaborative research program. The selected candidate will also be expected to contribute to the teaching, advising, and mentoring of Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), graduate and undergraduate students in a manner that supports a positive learning environment. A primary mission of The University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy is to improve health by developing innovative approaches for the treatment of disease. Our faculty create and lead collaborative, interdisciplinary efforts within our University’s dynamic and growing research and clinical enterprises, with a particular focus on translating discoveries to impact patients. The College of Pharmacy resides in a 286,000 sq. ft. building located next to the Biomedical Biological Sciences Research Building and the recently opened Healthy Kentucky Research Building that also house pharmacy faculty. All three buildings are at the center of the combined medical and academic campus, facilitating close interactions with other departments and centers at the University of Kentucky. These include nationally recognized centers of excellence in neuroscience (Sanders-Brown Center on Aging, Spinal Cord and Brain Injury Research Center, Kentucky Neuroscience Institute), cancer ( NCI -designated Markey Cancer Center), cardiovascular disease (Saha Cardiovascular Research Center, Gill Heart and Vascular Institute), and clinical/translational research (Center for Clinical and Translational Science). In addition, the College houses research centers that cultivate and provide expertise in all aspects of drug discovery and development as well as translational science. These include the Molecular Modeling and Biopharmaceuticals Center, the Center for the Advancement of Pharmacy Practice, and the Center for Pharmaceutical Research and Innovation. The College of Pharmacy is also home to the COBRE in Translational and Chemical Biology, a primary mission of which is to support junior faculty in their research and career development. In addition, the College of Pharmacy financially supports various initiatives to foster interdepartmental and inter-collegiate collaborations. That's a lot of prose. We'll put under

About the role

maybe. Responsibilities: The posting mentions expected duties: develop and maintain extramurally funded research program; contribute to teaching, advising, mentoring of PharmD, graduate and undergraduate students; align with translational program; etc. Also maybe "contribute to teaching, advising, mentoring". We'll extract responsibilities list. Requirements: Required Education: PharmD, PhD, MD, PharmD/PhD, MD/PhD, or equivalent advanced degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related discipline. Required Related Experience: evidence of outstanding scholarship, research productivity, commitment to excellence in research, teaching, service. Required License/Registration/Certification: none. Qualifications: maybe same as requirements? Could combine. But we can have a Qualifications section for "evidence of outstanding scholarship, research productivity, commitment to excellence". However we need to avoid duplication. We'll decide: Requirements includes education and experience; Qualifications maybe "evidence of outstanding scholarship..." but that's also in experience. Might be redundant. Better to have one Requirements section covering education, experience, license. And maybe Skills section for skills/knowledge/abilities. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: The posting includes a section "Skills / Knowledge / Abilities" but then only shows "Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? Yes". That's it. Also maybe "Preferred Education/Experience" etc. There's also "Deadline to Apply Open Until Filled Yes". But we should not include boilerplate like EEO etc. The Skills section content is minimal: supervisory responsibilities yes. That's specific. So we can include a Skills section with that. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. No benefits details. So we should not create Benefits section. Pay: Not mentioned. No Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned (full-time). Could infer full-time but not explicit schedule details. The posting says Time Status Full-Time. That's schedule info. Should we include Schedule section? The rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state Time Status Full-Time. That's specific. So we can include Schedule section with "Full-Time". However we need to avoid repeating job title etc. We'll include Schedule: Full-Time. But also we have "Time Status Full-Time" as a detail. We'll put under Schedule. Now we need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes application materials list etc. Those are application instructions; we must remove them. Also "Application materials must include: ..." and contact info etc. Those are application instructions; remove. Also "Application review will begin immediately..." etc. Remove. Also "To assure full consideration..." etc. Remove. Also "Skills / Knowledge / Abilities" section we keep only the supervisory responsibilities line. The rest like "Preferred Education/Experience Deadline to Apply Open Until Filled Yes" maybe not needed? Actually "Preferred Education/Experience" is a heading but no content; we should not create a section for it if no specific content. The line "Deadline to Apply Open Until Filled Yes" is also metadata; we could drop as minor metadata. The rule says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can drop requisition number etc. We also have "Our University Community" paragraph about well-being, tobacco-free, nondiscrimination, equal opportunity, etc. That's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "Any candidate offered a position may be required to pass pre-employment screenings..." that's also boilerplate; remove. Thus final content: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (education, experience, license), Skills (supervisory responsibilities), Schedule (Full-Time). Possibly also Qualifications? But we can combine experience into Requirements. Let's craft. About the role: We'll paraphrase but must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. We need to keep details, not summarizing away. However we can keep the prose as is, but we need to ensure we don't invent. We'll copy the job summary paragraph(s) but we can trim redundant sentences? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we cannot omit substantive info. We can maybe keep the core but must not leave out important details. However we can combine sentences but must keep all info. That's tricky. Safer to keep the original job summary text as is, maybe split into paragraphs. That preserves all info. Thus About the role: include the job summary paragraph(s) exactly as in posting (maybe minus the repeated sentences about candidates must have degree etc which also appear later). But we need to avoid duplication. The job summary includes sentences about degree and evidence etc which also appear in Requirements. If we include them in both sections, that's duplication but maybe okay? The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid duplicating the same sentences across sections. So we need to split content: job summary includes description of position, research focus, mission, facilities, etc. The degree and evidence sentences appear also later under Required Education/Experience. We should not duplicate them. So we will keep in About the role the description of the role, research focus, mission, facilities, etc, but omit the degree/evidence sentences that are covered elsewhere. Let's extract About the role content: Starting from "The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy invites applications for 12-month tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level, with an anticipated Fall 2027 start date.
