Assistant Professor - Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences (Neuropsychology)

Job Duties

• Neuropsychological evaluation of inpatients, geriatric, neurology, epilepsy, and/or general medical patients.
• Neuropsychological evaluation of outpatients with brain injuries, dementia, and/or neurological disease.
• A regular clinical schedule will be set with the Department Chair and maintained.
• Changes to the clinical schedule must be approved by the Department Chair.
• Maintain documentation of medical records and reports. All documentation must be complete and filed in a timely manner according to MPA requirements.

Teaching & Education

• Supervise psychology trainees and laboratory technicians.
• Provide didactics to medical students, psychiatric residents, and psychology trainees.

Research & Scholarship

• Meet research and scholarly activity faculty requirements.

Professional and Academic Service

• Meet professional and academic service faculty requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have completed all requirements for a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• Must have completed two years of fellowship in neuropsychology.
• Must have completed an APA accredited internship.
