Job Duties
- Maintain an ongoing program of research and training, with external funding, appropriate to expertise.
- Collaborate with other faculty members via interdisciplinary research teams.
- Teach and participate in graduate courses and curriculum development.
- Participate in the intellectual life of KUCC, the Department, and School of Medicine, e.g., faculty committees and activities.
- Provide other services to the school, university, profession, and community, as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Doctorate or equivalent with training in a population health field (e.g. nursing, medicine or public health; health-related behavioral or social sciences).
- Work Experience: Demonstrated research focus in Cancer Survivorship. Experience with extramural funding via participation in recent grants and/or contracts, appropriate to rank. Experience working with scholarships in peer-reviewed publications, appropriate to rank.
Preferred Qualifications
- Work Experience: Experience in principal investigator status. Demonstrated research focus in population science, such as behavioral interventions, epidemiology, healthcare delivery research, implementation science, or outcomes and health services research. Experience in team science, implementation science, and/or translational science. Experience supervising and mentoring doctoral students.
