Provides outpatient physiatry services for University Le Bonheur Pediatric Specialists (ULPS).

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent degree
• Board certified or Board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and/or Pediatrics
• Able to obtain a State of Tennessee medical license
