Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, both on campus and online.
• Conduct research leading to high-impact peer‑reviewed publications and presentations.
• Supervise students’ scholarly activities, including undergraduate honors research, master’s projects, and Doctor of Nursing Practice scholarly projects.
• Serve professional organizations, the department, the College, and the university.
• Maintain extensive in‑person engagement: office hours, student advising, collaborative work, and participation in departmental, college, and university committee meetings.
• Ensure on‑campus presence as an essential function of the position.
