Assistant Professor of Indigenous Bilingual Education

The LLSS Department invites applications for an Assistant Professor position to become part of the Bilingual Education and TESOL (BETESOL) program. The candidate’s research and teaching experience will reflect preparation in language education and indicate a specialization in New Mexico Indigenous (Puebloan) Language Education, as well as familiarity with community needs and goals of New Mexico on Bilingual Education, specifically for Indigenous language teachers, scholars, and schools, by contributing to and furthering deeper understandings on language teaching practices and collaboration with communities, diverse cultures, and their intersection with power, social justice, and indigenizing frameworks.
