Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics-CHLA (Division of Endocrinology)

The University of Southern California (USC) seeks an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics in the Division of Endocrinology at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA).

About the role

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of 21 full-time faculty, 4 part-time physicians, 3 full-time PhD research faculty members, 6 nurse practitioners, an accredited fellowship program, and an incredible support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an inpatient setting and teach residents and fellows.
• Participate in team-based-care approach in a community setting.
• Share night and weekend on-call responsibilities.
• Reside in the vicinity of the community supported by this practice, near Los Angeles County.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology by the American Board of Pediatrics.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of California.

Qualifications

• Must have an M.D. or equivalent degree.
• Must demonstrate scholarly, clinical, and teaching capabilities.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in team-based-care approach.

• The annual base salary range for this position is $95,904-$325,712.
