About the role
The Department of Neurology, Division of Headache at the University of Miami School of Medicine is seeking an Assistant Professor of Clinic.
Job Functions
- Carry out clinical care primarily at Neurology main clinic and/or satellite clinics.
- Participate in the education of neurology residents and fellows.
- Prepare and present at teaching conferences.
- Obtain data and results for future clinical research awards.
Minimum Qualifications
- An MD degree from a recognized accredited University (or foreign equivalent).
- Fellowship in Headache Neurology.
- Eligible to acquire a valid Florida medical license.
- Board certified in Neurology.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good communications skills (face to face, over the phone and in writing).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other employees.
- Good organizational skills.
